To achieve a beautiful and younger looking skin isn’t really hard. All you need is to know how to take care of it. Here are some basic skincare tips that you need to do in order to maintain a youthful, fresh look.
• Wash your face twice a day. This will take away the dirt from your face. Washing more than twice a day may cause irritation and dryness of the skin. A gentle cleanser may be used for the face if the eyes are very tired at night due to a day’s work.
• Dry the skin with a towel and put on toner. Toners are formulated to help reduce skin inflammation, and may decrease the size of the pores.
• Dab a moisturizer on the face. During daytime, it is best to put on sunscreen. You may use one with at least SPF 15 formula.
• Treat yourself to a face and body scrub once a week to remove dead skin cells. Exfoliation can make your skin fresh and younger looking.
• Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water a day and eat plenty of fruits and leafy vegetables to achieve a healthy and glowing skin.
• Sleep early and maintain a 6 – 8 hours sleeping habit.
Note: In choosing cleansers, toners, and moisturizers first identify what your skin type is and find one that is formulated best for you (e.g. normal skin, oily skin, dry skin, combination).
